Jeril comes to Capital Real Estate with 34 years experience in the
farming and cattle feeding business. Jeril studied agricultural
economics at the University of Arizona, did further training with the
Arizona and United States Dept. Of Commerce in International
Trade At the state county and community level, Jeril has served on
the Arizona Cattle Feeder's Association Board, The Arizona Beef
Council, The Casa Grande Elementary School board, Board
member of the Air Quality Control Board. He served on the State of
Arizona 4H Committee and the Farm Bureau Board. He is a current
member of the City of Casa Grande Planning & Zoning
Commission. He is also a current member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers Inc. Jeril has been a private pilot
since 1978. In 2005 he earned his Realtor license and has been
active in ranch, industrial and commercial sales.

Dan comes to Capital Real Estate & Development, LLC with 10
years experience in the farming and cattle feeding business. He
studied Agricultural Business at the University of Arizona. Dan is a
member of the USTRC, NCHA, ACA,and ICSC. He was the past
Treasurer for the Pinal County Jr. Livestock Committee for 3 years
and is now their current President. He is also a member of the
Southern Arizona Livestock Association, member of the Casa
Grande FFA Alumni, and a member of the University of Arizona
Collegiate Cattle Grower's Association. Dan received his Realtor
license in 2004 and with his father Jeril and partner Jerry Kirkpatrick
started Capital Real Estate & Development LLC in February 2007.

Roy comes to Capital Real Estate & Development LLC with 3 years
of title and escrow service background in sales, marketing and
public relations. He graduated from Central Arizona College in
1997 and Oral Roberts University in 2000. Roy is a member and
past board member of the Casa Grande Rotary Club,past board
member of the Casa Grande Rotary Foundation, board member of
the Casa Grande Historic Preservation Commission, board
member of the Heritage Commission of Casa Grande. He is also a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers Inc. He received his realtor's license in 2007, he assists the Benedict's in
all aspects of real estate including, land, agricultural, commercial,
leasing and residential sales.
